How Do We Ship?
We ship our products FROZEN in coolers that hold the equivalent of 10 units of product. Each product is assigned a unit value according to size, for example, the Pizza is .50 units, the Blueberry Muffins are 2.0 units. For maximum shipping value, we recommend you fill your cooler(s) to the 10 unit limit. We use Styrofoam coolers, dry ice and gel packs.

Shipping Guideline:
Orders must be delivered to you within 2 business days of shipping (excluding weekends). We ship via UPS ground or 2nd Day Air. Orders placed Wednesday – Sunday will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. You will receive an email the day your order is shipped. Please arrange for your order to be accepted on the first delivery attempt. We are not responsible if product is not accepted on the first delivery attempt.
