English Muffins

  • Use English Muffins to make bread crumbs for your favorite dishes: breaded chicken, fried fish, or atop a casserole. It’s easy! Just place frozen muffin into a plastic bag and crumble with your fingers. For finer crumbs, use a blender or food processor for 30 seconds to a minute, or as desired.
  • Use crumbs as filler for meatballs or meatloaf. (For a moister base, we recommend soaking crumbs in lukewarm water for a few minutes prior to using in recipe.)
  • Prepare your favorite stuffing dishes! Simply defrost the muffins and slice them the way that you would bread and follow your favorite recipe.
    • Slice muffin into thirds and use for French toast, or as a hamburger bun.
    • For a tasty lunch or appetizer try our Bruschetta recipe:
      • 2 English Muffins sliced in thirds
      • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
      • 1 ½ Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
      • 2 or 3 ripe medium tomatoes, chopped and drained in a strainer for 20 minutes.
      • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
      • Pinch of Black Pepper
      • 1 Tbsp. fresh basil
    • Combine oil, vinegar, basil, garlic and whisk. Add drained tomatoes to the dressing and toss to coat. Marinate for 15 minutes. Grill or toast the English Muffin on both sides. When toasted, top each slice with tomato mixture. If desired, add Parmesan cheese.


    • Top with ice cream for a luscious brownie sundae.
    • Ice brownies and decorate with sprinkles, candles, or fruit for birthdays and special occasions.
    • Flatten brownies and use as a piecrust. Or take a tray to your local ice cream store and ask them to use brownies as filling in an ice cream cake.
    • Or try our version of No-Bake Dirt Cake.
    Dirt Cake:

      • 1 (14 oz.) pkg. Foods By George brownies
      • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
      • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. whipped topping
      • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
      • 1 pkg. chocolate pudding
      • 2 cups milk
      • Gummy worms (optional)
      1. Thaw brownies and remove from container. Place into the bottom of a 9” X 13” pan. Using your hands, flatten brownies to cover bottom of pan. (Use more or less, depending on how thick you prefer the base to be.) Keep a cup of crushed brownies aside to sprinkle on top later.
      2. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar to 1 container of whipped topping until smooth.
      3. Prepare pudding as directed on package.
      4. Spread cream cheese mixture over crushed brownies. Then layer chocolate pudding and the other container of whipped topping.
      5. Sprinkle remaining brownies on top.
      6. Garnish with gummy worms, an artificial flower, or the toppings of your choice.


    • Top our crispy thin crust pizza with veggies or pepperoni!

    Pizza Crusts

    • Top with sauce, cheese, and veggies or pepperoni for a delicious treat.
    • Or slice one crust in half and use both halves to make a grilled cheese sandwich.

    Pound Cake

    • Serve with whipped topping or sorbet and some berries for a delicious summer treat.
